Who sees what
Members' personal data stays inside the platform. A partner sees the members of their own group and nothing beyond it, and cannot export that data or reuse it elsewhere — contractual, not a setting. Identity documents are processed for verification and fraud prevention only.
Built to carry a community, not a chat
It runs on our own servers, and the parts that matter — rooms, notifications, support — are separated so one of them having a bad day doesn't take the rest down.

What Fynex isn't
It executes no orders, holds no client money and expresses no view on any broker or any system. Where a community's content lives on Fynex, it stays that community's content.

The documents
Fynex provides the technology. The ideas, signals, analysis, courses and indicators inside a community belong to the trader who runs it; we don't review, rate or guarantee them. Copy trading systems belong to the broker. The Academy is ours. Fynex is not a broker, not an introducing broker and not an investment adviser.
